HARRIS, Justice.

At the close of evidence in this action for tortious interference with a right under an employment contract the trial court granted defendant’s motion for directed verdict. On plaintiff’s appeal we reverse the ruling and remand the case for a new trial.

Two matters bring considerable confusion into what otherwise would be a straightforward tort question. First, plaintiff’s claim regarding the term of the contract (employment for life) proved to be so extravagant (she really asserts a mere employment at will) that defendant seriously contends there was no trial record support…
