Christy Guyaux appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) awarding costs to the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office and the Township of North Fayette for expenses incurred by law enforcement officers in removing a firearm collection from a condemned house inherited by Christy Guyaux and her brother, Gary Guyaux. 1 The trial court ordered these costs to be satisfied by the sale of the firearms.
