MILLER, Associate Justice.

Appellant has been twice convicted of murder in the first degree, fo,r the killing of a woman named Henrietta B. Anderson. On a former appeal the judgment of the lower court was reversed because of errors in the instructions given to the jury. On this appeal, as in the earlier one, the assignment of error most strongly urged concerns the admissibility of confessions made by appellant a few hours after the commission of the homicide.
