GARDNER, Chief Judge.
This is a proceeding in condemnation brought by the United States to determine the just compensation to be paid the defendant City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, for certain property necessary to provide for the construction of an air force base and other military uses incident thereto in connection with the Little Rock Air Force Base, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
