This case arises out of the collapse of the Las Vegas Hilton marquee sign on July 18, 1994. The district court granted summary judgment against appellants United National Insurance Company and Assicurazioni Generali S.P.A., holding that they owed defense and settlement expenses to respondents Frontier Insurance Company, Inc., and Uriah Enterprises, Inc.
