OPINION

DAVIS, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted Kevin Wayne Davy of driving while intoxicated. The court assessed Davy’s punishment at ninety days in jail and a $300 fine, suspended imposition of sentence, and placed him on community supervision for twenty-four months. Davy contends in five issues that: (1) the evidence does not support the jury’s implied finding that the arresting officer had reasonable suspicion to stop his ear; (2) the court’s definition of the phrase “normal use of mental or physical faculties” in the charge is erroneous; (3) the court committed fundamental error by…
