The children of Janet Schneider Cate, acting as Trustees of the Revocable Trust of Janet S. Cate of 1987, As Amended, bring this suit against Janet’s husband, Henry Cate, seeking declaratory judgment regarding ownership and rights to various pieces of personal and real property. The same individuals, acting in their capacity as Trust Beneficiaries, bring state tort claims against Henry Cate for unlawful interference with Janet Cate’s intentions for her estate.
