OPINION

BREWSTER, Justice.

This is an appeal by Johns-Manville Sales Corporation from an order overruling its plea of privilege to be sued in Dallas County. The case originated when Marshall Erdman and Associates, Inc., as plaintiff, brought suit in Wichita County against the Haden Company, Inc., and Johns-Manville Sales Corporation, as defendants, seeking to recover damages allegedly resulting from defective asbestos panels manufactured by Johns-Manville and allegedly installed to the exterior of the Wichita Palls Clinic Hospital by Haden Company, Inc.
