The opinion of the learned judge below states-fully and clearly the facts and law in this case, and, finding no error therein, it is adopted as the opinion of this court. It is as follows:
The case stated in the pleadings on behalf of the Crathorne is: That she-is a steamship of 1,695 net tonnage, and . on the afternoon of January 16, 1901, she left Baltimore in charge of a licensed pilot, Howard Ensor, bound for Copenhagen, laden with cargo, drawing between 21 and 22 feet, and proceeded down the Ft. McHenry channel. That the weather was clear and vessels could be seen the usual distances.…
