Appellee, Eli Edmondson, sued appellant Pat Jackson, for damages for injuries received when appellant drove his automobile into the rear end of the automobile of one Brown, which was parked off the paved portion of a highway immediately behind the automobile of one Manos, similarly parked and in which appellee was sitting; it being alleged that appellant negligently drove his car at a high and.unlawful rate of speed into the rear end of the Brown car, knocking it into the rear end of the Manos car, or that the Brown car was knocked out of the path of appellant’s car, and that…
