OPINION BY
STRASSBURGER, J.:. Richard Pollock, Cheryl Pollock, Paul L. Kutcher, and Cynthia P. Kutcher (Plaintiffs, collectively) appeal from the September 27, 2016 order that- denied Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to file a second amended complaint against the National Football League (the NFL). 1 We affirm.
The trial court summarized the history of the case as follows.
