¶ 1 This is an appeal from an Order entered by the trial court on August 3, 2006, as amended by its Order of August 25, 2006, denying Appellants’ Motion for Post-Trial Relief, and denying Appellants’ request for a remitittur. The Amended Order of August 25, 2006 merely molded the verdict and entered judgment in favor of Appellee in the amount of $745,172.17. Appellants’ Motion for Post-Trial Relief was based upon their assertions that they owed no legal duty to Appellee with respect to her claim of Innkeeper’s Liability, and that there was no evidence as to causation in…
