Lorenza and Antonio C. Cervantes, husband and wife, appeal from summary judgment granted Deborah R. Buhayer as Trustee for the Buhayer Children Trust, the Courtney Leigh Rice Trust, and the Lindsay A. Rice Trust, (landlord trusts) and from the trial court’s order dismissing suit against Riceco, Inc., (Riceco).
