This is an appeal from summary judgment in favor of defendants in plaintiffs’ action alleging a conspiracy to defraud and to deprive plaintiffs of the benefits of a management agreement. Plaintiffs are Baker, Bourgeois & Associates, Inc. (BB&A), and BB&A’s sole owners, Jerome Baker and Lee Bourgeois.
