The plaintiffs appeal from an order dismissing counts I and II of their first amended complaint with prejudice, pursuant to sections 2— 615 and 2 — 619 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Code) (111. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 110, pars. 2 — 615, 2 — 619). They also appeal from an order denying leave to amend the complaint and to substitute parties. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
