This is a proceeding by Walton Byars, a revenue agent, begun in tlie county court of Leslie county under tbe provisions of section 4260 of tbe Kentucky Statutes, seeking to have listed for taxation for tbe years 1911-1915 inclusive, a large body of land wbicb is alleged to be owned by W. L. Bramblet, individually, and as administrator of tbe estate of George W. Bramblet, deceased, wbo in each of sucb capacities was made a defendant to the proceeding.
