This proceeding consists of three special proceedings instituted in the county court of Whitley County, in the name of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, by one of its revenue agents. One of the proceedings was against the *52Steams Coal Company, Limited, another was against the Stearns Lumber Company, and the other against the Steams Coal & Lumber Company.
