(dissenting) — The United States Supreme Court, in Home Building Corporation v. Blaisdell, 290 U. S. 398, 54 S. Ct. 231, 78 L. Ed. 255, 88 A. L. R. 1481, held that the Minnesota Redemption Statute does not violate the Constitution of the United States. It is questionable whether the Minnesota statute is substantially similar to the Iowa act. An assumption that it is, would require us to hold that the Iowa statute does not violate the Constitution of the United States, and render it unnecessary to consider this branch of the case.
