MEMORANDUM OPINION
BRENDA T. RHOADES, Bankruptcy Judge.
On January 25, 2007, this Court conducted a trial on the “Original Complaint” filed by Christopher J. Moser, Trustee for Michael Roy Brown, Sr. (the “Trustee”). The Court exercises its core jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 145(b)(2)(F). This Memorandum Opinion embodies the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law.
