In sustaining a demurrer to the complaint of Pies Duke against Helena-Glendale Ferry Company, a question of law, and questions' of law and fact, are presented. First, we determine whether Phillips circuit court had jurisdiction of the subject matter.
The company’s river boat, carrying passengers and automobiles, plies between its wharves on the Arkansas and Mississippi shores, and is therefore engaged in interstate commerce.
