ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDINGS, DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT, AND ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING CASE

MALONEY, District Judge.

Before the Court are Defendant’s Motions for Summary Judgment, or, alternatively, to Dismiss, Stay, or Abate the Proceedings. The motions are opposed. After considering the motions, the response, and the reply, the Court is of the opinion that the motion to stay should be granted, and the motion for summary judgment denied without prejudice.
