Plaintiff, Thomas J. Thomas, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Du Page County granting the motion of defendant, Aldona E. Petrulis, for judgment on the pleadings. Plaintiff brought suit seeking compensatory and punitive damages for statements contained in defendant’s charge of employment discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) which allegedly were false and malicious.
