MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Before the court are (1) defendants’ motions in limine and (2) defendants’ motion for summary judgment, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(c). For the following reasons, the court: (1) grants in part and denies in part defendants’ motions in limine and (2) grants in part and denies in part defendants’ motion for summary judgment as follows.
