BEAUCHAMP, Judge.
This is an action to be determined upon the record presented with the application for the discharge of Arthur Louis Brown from confinement in the State penitentiary.
The relator is held in the State penitentiary under a commitment issuing from the District Court of Walker County in Cause No. 9732. The conviction in Walker County was for robbery by firearms, and sentence was five years in the penitentiary. *41According to a certified copy of a statement by the general manager of the penitentiary system, the relator has received a credit of five years and six days on this sentence…
