I respectfully dissent.

In its order denying defendant’s motion to suppress, the trial court found:

“[T]hat on September 26,1978, at approximately 4:45 A.M. Officer Randy Ragon * ° * observed the [defendant driving a vehicle at a slow rate of speed in the vicinity of Wesley Road ® e e.
