Catherine C. Bennett, a widow, eighty-three years of age, a resident of Good Hope, McDonough county, died in September, 1938. Her estate consisted of both real and personal property. An instrument dated December 3, 1929, purporting to be her last will and testament, was denied admission to probate by the county court of McDonough county. After a hearing de novo, the circuit court affirmed the order of the county court. The two residuary devisees and legatees and a specific devisee prosecute this appeal.
