CALHOUN, Judge.
Conviction is for murder; punishment assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for thirty years.
In brief, the state’s testimony showed that in February, 1930, before the homicide the following August, the appellant had gone to the home of the deceased during his absence and there insulted, and was guilty of insulting conduct towards, the wife of the deceased. The state’s testimony further showed that immediately upon the return home of the deceased on the same day his wife acquainted him with appellant’s conduct towards her.
