*1339This matter is before the court following the U.S. Department of Commerce's ("Commerce" or the "agency") redetermination upon remand. See Confidential Final Results of Redetermination Pursuant to Court Remand ("Remand Results"), ECF No. 46. Plaintiff, Haixing Jingmei Chemical Products Sales Co., Ltd.
