The plaintiffs are some of the heirs at law of Johnson Patrick, and the action is ejectment, brought to recover the undivided 15-32 of the N. W. i of Church Square, in the city of Kalamazoo (formerly known as the “Town of Bronson”), from its present occupant, the Young Men’s Christian Association. This property is situate upon the W. of the S. W. £ of section 15, which was located and paid for at the federal land office on November 1, 1830, by Stephen H.
