INTRODUCTION
The Court now rules on four related motions in this adversary proceeding. The plaintiff, George R. Miller, as Chapter 7 Trustee for the estates of NewStarcom Holdings, Inc., et al. (the “Trustee”), claims that each defendant owed a fiduciary duty to one or more of the Debtors, and each defendant either breached his own fiduciary duties or assisted in another’s breach of fiduciary duties.1 The Trustee seeks a ruling on two motions: a motion to supplement the record and/ or have the Court take judicial notice of the Debtors’ *112schedul…
