Defendant, Rickey White, appeals by delayed leave granted his convictions based on guilty pleas to two counts of obtaining money by false pre tenses with intent to defraud involving $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, MCL 750.218(4), and one count of conducting a criminal enterprise, MCL 750.159i(l). The trial court sentenced defendant as a habitual offender (fourth offense), MCL 769.12, to concurrent prison terms of 280 months to 40 years for the criminal-enterprise conviction, and 3 months to 30 years each for the false-pretenses convictions.
