11 Appellant Phyllis White appeals from an order of the Polk County Circuit Court requiring the sale and distribution of assets from the Harriet Ehret Living Trust. Appellant, who. served as trustee of the trust, maintains that the circuit court erred in finding it had jurisdiction and venue over the trust, that it erred in exercising that jurisdiction to order the sale of the trust’s assets, and that it erred in finding that appellant had consented to its jurisdiction.
