DAWSON, District Judge.

In each of these eases the plaintiff, Raster Oil Development Corporation, claims to be the owner, by written assignment of record, dated January 19, 1928, of the oil and gas lease set out in each of the bills, each of which was executed on June 23, 1920. It is alleged that the defendants named in each of the bills claim to be the owners of an oil and gas lease on the same premises, executed after the execution and the recordation of the lease claimed by the plaintiff, but recorded before the date of the assignment to plaintiff of the lease claimed by it.
