Beversing.
On October 2, 1913, tbe widow and heirs of Car] Heavenrich executed to George E. Backer an oil and gas lease upon 1,408 acres of land lying in Wayne County, Kentucky, and Pickett County, Tennessee. By tbe terms ■of tbe lease, Backer was authorized, for tbe period of one year, to enter upon said property for tbe purpose of drilling wells and exploiting tbe same for oil and gas.
