Douglas B. Stalley, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Roderic L’Aine, Deceased (the Estate), appeals the trial court’s order that stayed its lawsuit for wrongful death and negligence and compelled arbitration of its dispute with Transitional Hospitals Corporation of Tampa, Inc., Kindred Healthcare Operating, Inc., and Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (collectively Kindred).
