This is a personal injury action in which plaintiff is seeking *204damages from defendant for its alleged negligence. On March 6, 2009 at approximately 7:15 a.m., the plaintiff Gloria Stern and her daughter, guests of the Four Points by Sheraton Ann Arbor Hotel, were walking on the hotel property toward a hotel shuttle bus, when plaintiff “slipped/tripped” and fell.
