TYSON, Judge.

Joshua Michael McAdoo ("defendant") appeals from a judgment entered after a jury found him to be guilty of first-degree murder. We conclude there was no error at trial.

I. Background

In 1998, defendant's wife, Dana McAdoo ("Dana"), removed defendant's belongings from their residence because he was seeing another woman. Defendant and Dana had been married about two months and were the parents of a young daughter. Dana took the child to visit defendant without court-ordered visitation.
