This action was brought to recover damages for personal injuries received through the alleged negligence of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway Company on October 14, 1912, at the station of Tyrone, Okla. The cause was submitted to a jury and resulted in a judgment in favor of plaintiff for $1.500.
