This is an original action filed in the Supreme Court of Indiana by Charles Cassel, relator, as executor of the last will and testament and estate of Nancy J. Ranck, deceased, against G. Edwin Johnston, judge of the Fayette Circuit Court, and against the Fayette Circuit Court.
