I. Introduction

In six issues, Appellant Tommy Stewart appeals his conviction for the felony offense of assault on a correctional officer. We affirm.

II. Factual Background and Procedural History

This is the case of the owner of the State Bar. Officer Billy Cook and Sergeant Bernardo DeLuna both testified that on March 22, 2002, they were working as corrections officers at the TDCJ Allred Unit while Stewart was an inmate there.
