DONIELSON, Presiding Judge.

The State appeals from a judgment of the district court reversing and remanding the defendant’s conviction for first-degree murder on the ground that his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance.

The defendant, Samuel Jerome Origer, was a known drug user and cocaine dealer in the Iowa Falls area for “the Greeks,” Zois and Aris Sklavenitis, several of the area’s biggest drug dealers.
