OPINION

WILLIAM J. BOYCE, Justice.

Robert R. Doggett, Florence E. Pollard, Paul R. Doggett, Paul Randolph Doggett, Jr., Mark Edward Doggett, and Matthew Joseph Doggett appeal the trial court’s summary judgment in favor of Mary Rob inson, as independent executor of the estate of John M. Robinson. We reverse and remand.
