BRADLEY, Judge.

This case began with a hearing before the Lamar County Board of Education (hereinafter ’ called Board), pursuant to Title 52, Section 356, Code of Alabama 1940, as Recompiled 1958, wherein the appellee contested his proposed transfer from the Millport High School to the Kennedy Consolidated School, both schools being in Lamar County.
