In this Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, two contested matters are pending: (1) the Chapter 13 Trustee’s motion for order compelling the Debtor to turn over and account for a postpetition inheritance (Docket No. 70); and (2) Trustee’s motion to modify Debtor’s confirmed Chapter 13 Plan (Docket No. 71) in order to increase payment to the class of unsecured creditors with the inheritance.
