Plaintiff, Genesco Inc., a Tennessee corporation, filed this action under 28 U.S.C. § 1332, the federal diversity jurisdiction statute, against the Defendants: Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa Inc., and Visa International Service Association (collectively “Visa”), Delaware corporations with their principal places of business in California.
