Plaintiff appeals as of right from a lower court order granting defendant’s motion for summary disposition on the basis of governmental immunity. We affirm.
Plaintiff was a tenant at the Parkside Projects, which is a low-income public housing facility owned and operated by defendant City of Detroit. On July 18, 1988, plaintiff injured his hip when he stepped into a hole in a brick patio located within the projects.
