A truck owned by Clarence Laws and driven by Glen Page, defendants herein, collected milk from various farms and transported it to the, Otsego Sanitary Milk Company. On January 24, 1936, owing to the fact that the roads were blocked by snow drifts, Thomas J. Story was asked to bring ■ his milk to the West farm not far distant. Defendants ’ truck had been driven into the driveway along side the West farmhouse and stopped opposite a porch which ran along the west side of the rear portion of the house.
