TJOFLAT, Chief Judge:
This action for money damages is presently pending in the district corut.1 In order to ensure that the plaintiff will be able to satisfy any money judgment that it might ultimately obtain in this litigation, the district court, on the plaintiffs application for preliminary in-*1511junetive relief, imposed a constructive trust upon the assets of the defendants. The court also appointed a receiver to manage the assets of two groups of defendants.
