In this case, the debtors, Peter and Patricia DeLash, fully disclosed a preferential transfer to Mrs. DeLash’s mother, Elsie Dias, in their Statement of Financial Affairs. Based on this disclosure, the trustee successfully sued Ms. Dias and obtained a money judgment pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 547 and 550. While the trustee recorded a judgment lien against Ms. Dias’ home, the trustee was unable to collect, compromise, or sell the judgment.
