This is a legal malpractice action brought by appellant Industrial Clearing house, Inc. against appellee Jackson Walker, L.L.C. In its petition, appellant asserted malpractice claims on behalf of Coastal Plains, Inc. (as Coastal’s successor in interest) as well as malpractice claims on its own behalf. After granting two partial summary judgments in favor of Jackson Walker, the trial court rendered a final take-nothing judgment against appellant.
